45-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

12-Month Store Credit Warranty
If your item experiences a manufacturing defect or stops working properly within 12 months of purchase, we offer store credit for the value of the item.
To initiate a warranty claim, contact customerservice@foxflame.com with a description of the issue and proof of purchase. We may request photos or for the product to be returned for inspection. Store credit will be issued upon approval.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, cosmetic wear, or modifications.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
